Last night, Lana Del Rey arrived at Churchome to attend their weekly Wednesday night services in Beverly Hills, California.
Popular among celebrities, Lana has been frequenting the church's services since 2019.

I for one am extremely intrigued by the automatic writing approach. I think we're going to get something really abstract and unhinged, an unpredictable exploration of Lana's mind without filters.

It's amazing how different lyricism hits different people, because I find nothing redeeming about the lyrics of Watercolor Eyes and they don't touch almost anything on the past three albums in terms of that

At least Jack said in the interview that she uses the voice memos to record proper vocals. I'd assume she would do the same with Drew, seeing that they were together in the studio.

He met Lana in NYC yesterday. Not much news but at least she is working on something.

With the information we have, I almost feel like LDR9 will be the musical equivalent to Violet, but instead of channeling her headspace through colorful imagery, she’s giving us her pure, unfettered thoughts and emotions. 
 
People (including myself) always say she has such a captivating way of speaking, and I think utilizing her own conversational tone (and deliberately accenting it instrumentally) will make LDR9 perhaps her most unique record to date. 

I think candor will be a reoccurring theme throughout the album, but I don’t think it will have the same degree of autobiography that Blue Banisters had; rather, I think we’ll likely get jolted into her current pains, musings, and experiences. 

I’m definitely anticipating some snarky, on-the-nose moments now. I think we’ll also get some philosophical pondering, especially regarding her family, karma, and destiny. I’m also getting ready for some nonsensical lyrics that may naturally come from immediate lyricism (think Kurt Cobain). 
 
I’m excited! Sonically, I have no idea if we’ll see anything new, but orchestras and an 808….I’m intrigued

They probably use the voice memos to create a rough demo to have the feel of the song and then do a vocal take at the studio (I hope) cause the quality would be awful otherwise

Could she maybe send drew the voice memos and then he works on orchestral comps and then she goes in and records the actual take. That said though the orchestral composition wouldn't exactly match because it each take is different no matter how much one tries to match it. It would most likely be minor changes to make though. They have been seen in studio together, "charting." 
 
One of the potential insiders did mention earlier this morning the takes/song or songs still sounded raw so maybe she is using actual voice note takes, I kind of doubt it though.

Lana and The Weeknd's fans are a prime example of everything that's wrong with fandoms. Every new album cycle, they show us how fans can be an artist's worst enemy. Always crying and begging for artist to rehash their old sounds. It's so tiring.
 
Hopefully Lana gives them a huge middle finger just like The Weeknd did with his last album.
