Google does all kind of tracking and if the website ad clicks are inorganic (unusually high CTR, instantly closing the ad website after clicking) it's possible to get banned, especially if the website operator suggests you to click it (which isn't the case here).
 
If the ad is something you are interested in, it's obviously fine to click it. "Intentionally" wasn't precise wording.

but regardless, I actually LOVE the song. It’s perfect for a TV show song and really cute and kinda sad but not in a painful way. Almost in a nostalgic warm way. I think it’s wonderful. 

i agree that i wish it was longer! i suppose it could be because it is for a tv show, but i digress -- i also agree that the guitar is so beautiful! i can't say enough good things about this track

I really like the song. Just woke up & it was playing in my head  My only complains are that the song is too short & I would have loved to hear more of the guitar. I can see why some could like it not that much , maybe a bridge & a longer guitar intro would have helped the song idk 
But overall the song is such a mood & I'm kinda addicted to it

I love it! It’s such a saccharine, but innocently dark song. It’s perfect for the show, and I’m excited to see which characters’ plot-line it accompanies on Sunday! 

Her vocals are stellar, and I love the production, the little notes of melodic dissonance throughout really add so much to it — it sounds out-of-tune in a very intentional way, almost to convey the brokenness of a few relationships in the show that the characters still engage in.
 
I’m excited to see how this might translate into a new sound for the next album!

It should be a legal requirement to listen to Lana songs atleast ten times before forming an opinion because they always get better and better

also fyi Lana is the 5th best selling artist in Worldwide iTunes album. 2011-2022. I dont see any other major pop stars with fuck tons of promo even reach her level.

Sorry but that's ur opinion. I love the song and also, u have no context how it plays out in the show.  
And no, Lana doesn't need to promote herself so that people know her or appreciate her. Her music speaks for itself, cant say the same for Bullie who went viral majorly due to the whole neon baggy clothes aesthetic. Billie was forced down everyone's throats in 2019..
If it werent for bad guy Billie wouldnt be as known as she is now.

i agree with @Honeyyoung are you a fan or a hater? why do you feel so pressed about lana's "chart success" or how she was disappointed about losing the grammy's? honestly, i think she had every right to be disappointed, she's the most creative artist the past decade has ever seen & somebody who has taken elements of her style & watered it down into something more digestable & mainstream completely sweeped, as if lana hasn't changed the music industry & born to die isn't one of the most successful female albums of the millennium so far, i think it's a bit of a childish outlook to care so much about promo or charts or sales or whatever, maybe lana doesn't care to do a 1000 interviews, she lets them music speak for itself & she does what she wants, which i think is very admirable
 
also, the song can't be THAT bad...

I saw it as a missed opportunity at first too. But thinking about it more she was probably hired to do a song that would fit the direction of the show. The point of a soundtrack song is to elevate specific scenes not for them to chart or have any other impact outside of that. Can’t wait to see how it is used on the show.
