Getting these 30 second snippets is the best part of every era for me. I love picking my favorites and meeting my expectations of song titles vs the actual vibe of the song!! And then when the full album releases I’m always blown up because they always turn up way different that I expected them to be from these little snippets. We NEED the snippets

Something I find really interesting about the recent visuals for this era is that Lana isn’t front and center—in both a literal & figurative sense (and not just in the album cover). 
 

Even when she’s in the middle of the shot, the emphasis isn’t actually on Lana herself. There seems to be a purposeful crowding of other people/things to shift the focus away, and I can’t help but wonder if that was deliberate. 
 

Regardless of how one feels about the execution of said visuals, it’s a pretty neat & fitting artistic choice considering she’s implied that her friends and family have shaped the record so heavily. Not only that, but her indifference to fame (which we’ll allegedly see more of in White Dress) may play some part in this as well. 
 

Maybe it’s just a coincidence, though. Who knows lol

I love Rick but y'all praise him waaayyy too much, he and Lana were too comfortable with each other at some point and their songs started to get boring, i'm also sure you would hate him now if he produced more Lana albums after LFL without any kind of break from him. I'm happy she's still producing with Jack, and i'm pretty sure she'll get back to Rick at some point as she always does and this is why you need to stop bragging about it every damn page, he literally produced most of Lana's music... even if it's not your cup of tea NFR was another milestone of her career and i dont think she would achieve that with yet another album produced by Rick. 

 

I respect Jack so much and they compliment each other in such a good way, especially with Lana saying that she hates music that's too polished, idc i think Jack is a genius

whatever the quality of the album we’re all gonna love it the day it drops  the reactions were overwhelmingly positive for lust for life on release day so yeah. and the same applies to the day the snippets leak (if they ever do, which i don’t necessarily wish for)
