Lana studied philosophy which somehow also entails, chronicles and studies how expectations and cultural stereotypes evolve in society. 
When she mentioned feminism in her Instagram post I’m starting to understand what she meant with a 3rd wave of feminism rapidly approaching. 
I think she meant that society is slowly moving past the need to see powerful women through a male-centric perspective as in “bitch bosses” “wearing the trousers” “the man in the relationship” or assessing their own importance by being dominating / destiny’s child styled independent women and just kinda demanding that women be considered equally powerful but in a womanly type of way, with no comparison with the male model. 
She’s once again ushering a movement like she did back in 2012 and she’s catching hands just like she did back in 2012.

Releasing an album on 9/11 isn’t a problem. The Flaming Lips are releasing an album that day anyway. So is Marilyn Manson.
 

So long as Lana doesn’t quote Rep Omar and say that it’s a day when “some people did something”, then there is no problem releasing an album on that day. 
 

They don’t even teach kids about 9/11 anyway as it is an “offensive” topic for some. 
 

But I doubt the album is coming Friday. I’m sticking with 9/25 or 10/2.

ah was aware that that could've happened, just didn't wanna abbreviate. I can see how that could be a connection, kinda like how Beck did w Blue Moon. I think Wayamaya's pretty laidback yeah, but still has some surfy tones, so it kinda melds for me (haven't listened to the poetry, bc I'm just stubbornly waiting for the book first). though I don't really think we'd have that kind of general vibe with Chemtrails. something about the conspiracy subject sorta screams some kind of existential playfulness to her brand of sarcasm when I think of her singing for this one. and this is a bit unconvential but:  that gif goes perfectly well w TJF's tempo. kinda like a more upbeat Nancy Sinatra, that's more, claustrophobic(?) in sound. When I think of country, strangely enough I just think of Wait For Life, or some of her older stuff too like NLMG, or On Our Way, Every Man Gets His Wish too, but I think, and especially w rumors going around that cocc'll be like a combo of lfl and uv, that we might be hearing more tracks like TJF.

the album title gives me Twighlight zone vibes, and country clubs aren't really directly related to country, so I'm not sure if her descriptions precise either. knowing her history w that sorta supports that. 

all I know is that she's gonna be a lot more forward, and the energy's gonna be a lot livelier than NFR. with NFR, I think what ties everything together, is the primary focus of emotional vulnerability and how that trickles. and I think the subtlety of the record really helps lend to how lonely it is. CG can fall into that category, just a different facet of it. all this from like a 30 sec snippet and some social media posts yeah I get it too, but w the look in her eyes, the interview, and the actual snippet we got I do think someone's gonna get burned a lot more candidly somehow.

She has to re-record the whole AKA album and release it someday. It’s not like other artists haven’t done that before. JoJo re-recorded two of her albums, Taylor is planning on doing the same thing for her entire discography... Lana could definitely do it too, especially if she wants to make an album full of unreleased (so that her vocals sound recent and we don’t even up with an album that has vocals from 2011 on one song and from 2017 on another, because her voice has changed quite a lot, and for the better).

However, if she had to re-record a song from AKa for Chemtrails, I think Oh Say Can You See or Pawn Shop Blues would fit beautifully to the whole folk idea.

That is sooooo good. I think it would even work as the cover. It feels like an updated version of the UV cover
