i hope we will slowly yet surely start to embrace aging as women and start seeing it as cool and beautiful, i honestly really look forward to being 40 because i just imagine myself being so graceful and put-together, aging is a privilege, after all, and with aging comes wisdom, maturity, and experience

This is going to be VERRYYYY unpopular but I don’t think Lana’s Skins Campaign was THAT great. It was very cunty and gorgeous but I think Skims has had much better campaigns. I don’t think they really did the best they could, the only truly incredible picture from that whole shoot is the blue heart box. I think my big disappointment in hindsight is that it was shot in front of a plan backdrop rather than a set like the Interview Mag shoot. But don’t get me wrong it was still world stopping and one of the coolest things she has done, it really started off 2024 with a BANG

I basically mean if Covid never happened lol, Covid kinda messed up 2020 for Lana. Especially because she was supposed to be touring festivals that year (starting with Coachella) and was going to release an album in September but everything was thrown off. So history is kinda repeating itself because we are starting the year off with Coachella and getting an album in September

I agree with you! I’ve also noticed it generally (i.e. not necessarily in regards to Lana) being a stand in for saying they didn’t gain weight. Because there’s a lot of instances I’ve seen where the celeb absolutely did age (of course they did, they’re 60 now and not 25), but the only thing is they just stayed slim and fit.

I see it mostly in the eyes. I think the way she’s been having her makeup done really opens up her eyes and gives her that doe-eyed look which she had a lot in 2012. I also think her new hair is really doing something for her - I’ve always been the biggest fan of her chocolate brunette hair and haven’t really ever liked the blonde colour in previous years that she’s done it, but Tracey did a phenomenal job with the shade this time and it’s really suiting her especially with the way she’s been styling it too x

I don't wanna start smthn but I'm not a fan of all these comments about not ageing; women should be allowed to age and there's nothing wrong w that No shade to anyone (because it's an overall sentiment and I know it's coming from a good place) but I think it's important to consider language when complimenting someone ANYWAY she looks amazing

Agreed. I think it's mostly because of her hair color? I think this shade of blonde suits her so well. Maybe now she wants to use colors that fit her personal color palette better

I remember being a freshman in college during the 2016 elections, we protested and marched after the presidential election results were announced. But this is on a whole new level. Good for students standing up for what’s right and not giving up, I hope students stay safe. These police are going so hard it concerns me tensions will escalate even more.. it’s just such a shitty situation. I wish peace for all, especially in Palestine
