You're okay babes. I was worried following it up after your post. No shade on anybody, just really curious by the ones who are triggered by them. 

The fact you guys are putting Blue Banisters so low on the ranks is all the proof I need that this album is gonna light my ass on fire. 
 
I don't know what everyone else is smoking, but BB is some of the best songwriting she's ever done, and marks a change in how she's perceiving herself as an artist and lover. Like seriously, I can't believe it's nowhere near the top of so many lists, and I can't help but wonder if its simply because it doesn't bop? Is it because it leans heavy into the singer/songwriter and poetry prose? Illuminate me why the lyrics are bad, please, because I'm so so confused.

it's my most listened to song. my twin sister just had a baby and i die over it. i've been singing it to him every time i see him and now my sister asks me to "play the lana song for him" when i come over.

I thot we were supposed to love her because she’s wild, wild at heart?   I feel like her QFTC and part of the contention she addresses on this album is this same “I prefer ‘new’ ‘mature’ Lana” “I miss ‘old’ ‘classic’ Lana” thing… I think she just wants to be afforded the same freedom of expression we give pretty much every other artist, even if we don’t like what she has to say or it doesn’t align with our own values etc

After a lot of debating and brain storming with the girlies, it’s officially a law that UV & HM are a non-debatable, non-negotiable, part of the holy trinity. If you agree, no matter which order, then you officially & legally: have taste. 

This is how the vocals on the bridge were in the original track too; it’s an intentional vocal choice. She’s kinda raspy and out of breath. It’s meant to be bluesy and stylistic

People on Twitter really need to learn what snippets are fake and which ones aren't. I just saw someone claim that the "pink flamingos and soft ice cream" snippet was Black Bathing Suit  As far as we know right now, nobody (not even the most well known insiders) has or have heard that song 

im sorry but i was high last night and i came to realise thatlana is literally a god, i mean influential is an understatement, you know how like there are certain people that create the most amazing works of art in this world, mozart, pablo picasso, madonna, mary magdalene an icon, and they mark there territory on the universe , lana is a god in that way, he voice is just unlike anyone else', probably the most beautiful voice ever heard by anyone, birds could never, imagine think she is burnt out... i could never, my mind appreciates beauty, to so sum up.. lana is a real life god, in conclusion thats my truth

I record music myself, if people knew how long it takes to write record produce a single throwaway song, she’s unbelievably prolific!

I don't know which video I like more. The first one gives me a better impression of a lost little girl in a Hilton hotel and the second one gives me an idea of how beautiful her Arcadia is.

Y'all only hype this one so much because we already have the other. It's sweet and cute but not nearly as iconic as the original vid and tbh quite boring. It would have never created the impact the OG one diid.
