They have a new EP titled 'Homecoming' coming out in a few months with a single called 'Activate Me' due late February. The EP is gonna be a bit more upbeat from the sounds of it (http://www.spin.com/articles/astr-homecoming-ep-meeting-drake-interview/?utm_source=spintwitter&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=spintwitter)
 
They also performed recently at Troubadour where I think they performed new songs but I can't find any footage from the night
 
Also a few months ago they released a song we already had called 'Part Of Me' onto iTunes.

I like the fact that she doesn't feature people. Also, Emile better be on the album. I absolutely adore his production.
 
I'm fine with bonus tracks as long as they aren't like Guns and Roses, Burning Desire and Lucky Ones. Never liked those.

It took me at least five minutes to figure out why the two posts looked mildly familiar to each other and then I realized...

They seriously don't have a thread!? I'm APPALLED! So many of you would totally love them!!! Their sound has changed a bit since their first EP but they generally combine synth pop and rock with a really nice 80s yet modern feel. If you like Charli XCX or Sky Ferreira you should love them.
 
The new single "Why I Wait" is awesome (although not very representative of most of their other material that is more uptempo and spunky), and they recently announced their debut album for June 24th!! Currently they have 3 EPs out.

Ultraviolence is probably "Unlistenable" because Lana hasn't actually recorded anything (took it from another forum lmao) 

I hope she doesn't pull a Beyoncé. I want to experience the suspense when she releases the tracklist and we guess what each of the songs are about. I want to countdown to when the singles and UV are released. Even though having to wait is so infuriating, I love the guesswork of things.
