I hope I'm wrong but there's no way she's doing a full on world tour. If the Brazil thing is legit (looks like it) she'll do some festivals and that's it (which is more than I expected so I'm happy)

People talk about the lack of visuals, but DYK has the best album photoshoot and concept since Honeymoon... Relax. Taylor announced Midnights in August and the only thing she was doing before the album release in late October was revealing the song titles on Tiktok. It's not March yet and we may have something by then.

i really really REALLY think lana should take a break after this album, each era she's doing less and less stuff, she's clearly fed up with the "popstar" life. i think a short hiatus would really be beneficial to re-spark her joy in things like touring and filming music videos

the way i believed that her last two albums were promoted this way bc of quarantine and now that she's so successful on streaming tap management will have her as their main focus; especially after dua left them... this era is somehow worse than the last two eras. we didn't even get a mv for ocean blvd  she better do something QUICKLY

and this isn’t me saying that vinyl should be phased out at alllllll, i just don’t think that it should control everything about how music is sold and released in 2023

tbh this is why i collect CD's because it's a cute piece of plastic but it's way cheaper & is a lot easier to play

i think artists and labels really need to look more into how to make people buy digital albums, like including a bunchhhh of exclusive content in with the download like demos, bonus tracks, cheap cute little music videos, high quality photos from the campaign shoot, lyric PDFs, track-by-track commentary, etc etc. obviously for the biggest artists in the world all of that exclusive content would just be pirated very quickly and show up on the cheese site 5 minutes later but idk, it’s not like all music isn’t pirated anyway. i really do love buying albums that mean a lot to me, but i myself am over vinyl collecting because i never spin them anyway and they’ve become so expensive now that i always feel like i should be getting more than a pretty colored piece of plastic for my $40 and i’m left feeling underwhelmed
 
vinyl collecting used to be novelty but it just doesn’t feel like that anymore after having collected for almost a decade, i hate how the whole industry is controlled by it now. there’s so much cool stuff that can be done digitally, the possibilities are literally endless

got an update i'll get the pink amazon on april 4th. but for lana's store it's actually the same warehouse that taylor's stuff gets shipped out.

oh yeah and there's also a possibility that clothing can be delayed due to manufacturing

I would say they ship the records well as well as clothing. however if it's something that's not paper or textile then yes there can be a possibility of it being broken unless it's being shipped with another box inside. what people should be worried about however is if the customer service is like taylor's which is first a bot and maybe later you're able to talk to an actual rep to solve your problem like refunds or replacements depending on demand.
