I really don’t see the label letting her release a digital/CD only after all the records she broke for Chemtrails. Norman and Chemtrails both did great sales and vinyl wise there is no way they’d let RCS not get full sale potential

The sad thing is, literally all she has to do is acknowledge RCS or BB and everyone would be calmed down

The way I’m more excited at the moment for Lana being maybe possibly involved on the Cruella soundtrack rather than anything RCS or Blue Bannisters at this point 
her posts have become so anticlimatic : randomly dropping some shit and not follow up on it. White Dress was a bit different since we knew we were getting it on release day worst case scenario (which happened) 

Those Twitter update accounts which constantly post ‘?????’ annoy the fuck out of me like please stop.  Most of the times it’s nothing we don’t already know.

The disappointment I feel right now is all my own fault since I chose to think the album would be out in June, even though Lana hasn’t randomly announced an accurate date once. 
 
Like we’re less than 6 weeks from the release date and all we have is a 2 week old possible single title.
 
We don’t even know what Blue Banisters is. Is it a song, is it a poem, is it a lyric? No idea.
 
this feels like July last year when we were on the edge of our seats waiting for Chemtrail news. I’ve completely given up hope on RCS being released in June. If anything, we might get Blue Banisters (assuming it’s a song) by June

What if Rock Candy Sweet is a long album and the beginning couple songs are like Rock-hard, heavy, angry, crazy and savage . then the middle songs are like Candy-playful, silly, yummy, sultry.and finally Sweet -the last songs are love songs, soft, thoughtful, sad ballads, with a Hope 2.0 to conclude the album. 

has anyone tried calling a record store/vinyl plant pretending to be someone working for interscope? now surely that will get us some answers

Some thoughts about producers for Rock Candy Sweet:
 
Maybe it’s wishful thinking, but I wonder if Blake  and Byron are involved with this record? They have credits on Summertime the Gershwin Version and have been in LA for a while. 
 
We know that Jack is involved again, as per that tweet from that fan who met Lana in Texas, but I also think it’s likely that Lana laid a lot of the material down in the fall of 2020 when she was working on her cover albums, which we know she did with Zach and some of her musician friends/bandmates. 
 
And then the wild card is Mike Dean, who liked Lana’s IG post announcing Blue Banisters. I think that was the only post he liked of hers, and of course, they recently followed each other so that must hint at some sort of collaboration (namely Blue Banisters). 
 
TL;DR: based purely on speculation, an album produced by Jack Antonoff, Zach Dawes, and Mike Dean with additional production/instrumentalist credits by Blake Stranathan, Byron Thomas, and others could very well mean a fiery sound with lots of electric guitar, and maybe a few synths here and there. Probably a subtle country influence with the guitars being steel-pedals but almost Hendrix-inspired in nature, riff-wise, if Blake is playing. And then maybe a harsher beat with some slight hip-hop/percussive influences if Mike Dean is involved.
