    it'll be interesting to see how she uses white space on the page for her poems– like if she uses more then even a relatively short poem (1-2 pages) could end up being quite long what with line breaks and formatting etc

    one of the things i'm most impressed by is lana's reading of her poems– her pacing, pauses, intonations. makes sense to me that she'd be good at reading her work aloud bc of her musicianship, but she really managed to squeeze every drop of feeling from these readings.

    i wonder if she recorded them before jack was involved and bc they are so strong (emotionally) she didn't want to re-record

    Okay, but
     
    1. I was really proud of my 3-minute Photoshop filtered violets
    2. the day u left me in los angeles is pretty close to one of the actual titles
    3. Kitchen Discoveries - Lowly Maiden would've been such a serve
    4. We would've gotten away with it, if I hadn't added extra "poems" and forgotten to change the total time.
