I could finally listen to the album today and I didn't like it at all. I'm usually not the type of person who dislikes songs just because they're not "upbeat" or whatever and call them boring but in this case they are. Honeymoon as an album was slow but well thought out, Blue Banisters just feels lazy. Of course I will keep on listening to it, and hope it grows on me and regret this comment.

I was so confused when I saw that Dealer was the most streamed non-single on the album and that it was getting a lot of positive attention, not because I don't like it, but because when it originally leaked so many people here hated it  The original leak literally called it the "worst song ever". I'm very proud to say that I loved it from the start 

Is Dealer the best song ever created? The answer is simply yes

So I'm not the person who's hippest to youth trends (if I can speak like a boomer for a second ) but won't releasing Dealer as a single and making and pushing a video, basically destroy it in terms of its coolness/viral status?

She needs to make a video for dealer NOW or her teams needs to get it playlisting on Spotify it would literally be her biggest hit in years

I’ve always thought it was kinda cringey when artists release “sad” albums and promote the album like they’ll be on the Ellen show and be like “Hey come listen to to my album where I talk about my suicide attempt and crippling depression and my abusive boyfriend, out on Friday! “ and then parade it for being authentic and whatever in an attempt to sell this idea that this new album they have out is the realest version of them and that everyone should listen to it. And i feel like w this album the entire lack of promotion might have been because Lana might’ve felt it would be inappropriate for her or like just weird to be like “hey guys go listen to my new singles where I talk shit about my mom and be sure to buy my album where I scream about not wanting to live”
 
Or it could also just be that she’s lazy

IMO it could be almost her best album if she didn't clip the microphone constantly and if she didn't make the last leg of the album an endurance test with those old songs after tearing shit up with dealer, thunder and wildflower
