I feel like we have this conversation once every two days 
 
Anyways, I’m so glad someone mentioned Grandfather as an exemple of great Lana production. Even my mom, who finds Lana kind of boring and dreary, absolutely loves Grandfather. It’s ethereal, majestic and it feels epic. 
 
For LDRX I’d kill for either grunge or shoegaze as the next genre for her to tackle. 

wouldn’t mind more ethereal post rock tinged production like grandfather tbh..I still think the production is top notch in her discography 

I wonder if she'll use the Ocean Blvd outtakes as a starting point for the next thing or if she's leaving all that behind. Maybe the "outtakes" aren't even that and she recorded them with the next project in mind...
 
Ocean Blvd title track and Fingertips were recorded in 2021, in the last stages of BB or just after it and we thought they were outtakes at first but they were always meant for the next album 
 
We know that Zodiac was at one point part of the record though...
I think we'll have some songs with Jon (on production at least) on LDRX since CN was one of the last tracks she made for Ocean Blvd and we got his interlude that sounds nothing like that other song... so they were it the studio playing around quite a bit and I'm sure something nice came out from it

honestly I like this remix a bit (as a remix), maybe it's performing better when it's included in some Spotify playlists or played in clubs at the weekend

Mel's drive in has a special Lost at Sea shake! It looks so good, wish I could try it lol

I don't know if anyone has mentioned this here, but Rob said in the interview with People magazine that a song called "Sunshine" did not make the final tracklist for Did You Know That There's a Tunnel Under Ocean Blvd nor the track listing for Lost at Sea, but he intends to use the track in a future project.
