Ed's description of the album is fantastic. A game-changer with several musical surprises? Absolutely yes! And BOZ saying that "maaaaaybe" the title track cracks his top 5 tracks of this album is certainly promising, because there are at least 4 other tracks which he finds even better than this. 
 
I still hate the generic Sweet title, lol, but mama always puts great songs at #3 on her albums, so I'm being hopeful. 
 
I wonder if most of her features - except for FJM and maybe Tommy - are just samples/smaller contributions like SYML's.

Maybe The Grants is the other interlude (more like an intro) cause boz said it would make sense in an album trailer

im honestly so invested on how Fingertips will sound like with Drew participation… the snippet sounded like bb title track and my hopes were all for ocean blvd but now im highly curious about it

So many interesting little instrumental swells. The haunting surge of the orchestra around 2:50  at “the way he says don’t forget / makes me feel alive” is chilling.

well at least that is what it used to be before Drew turned it into a masterfully planned sounding song

Wait...listening to the Rockefeller snippet again alongside the title track and the album visuals, I'm starting to see the vision of this album...

The last minute…. 

Amazing song, amazing covers and shoot, amazing lyrics, amazing number of tracks.
 
She isn't playing this era.

I actually kinda do hear the LMLYLAW comparison. Vocally it’s kinda similar in the verse, especially the first one 

I don’t know why, but The Grants is giving me The Mamas & The Papas vibes

gonna go ahead and claim "The Grants". 
the standard album cover already gives off an analog 70's record vibe. So with that title, im hoping/expecting "The Grants" to begin with a swirl of strings. a grand introduction. Rob on piano. Maybe Charlie fiddling with an electric guitar. Lana and Chuck harmonizing. The lyrics will likely be a continuation of the "Chuck is making birthday cake..." verse, describing everyone having fun and being there for each other when it matters most. And imagine: the song ends with the strings fading out, and the sound of Phoenix coo'ing and giggling is the last thing you hear before track 2 begins.
