i saw a video about the "two week minecraft phase" on youtube and its so funny because me and my friends go through it every year a couple of times and it happens enough for it to be a successful video online. i know people who play daily on servers or are just really dedicated and consistent but i swear for me and other people you just remember it exists or youre curious about an update and you play all day for a short period of time, get burnt out or just forget and move on until 6 months come by and it happens again.

Have been listening to this composition lately throughout July and I have to say- it reminds me of Nick Cave’s works. Lana has waves of reminiscing Cave’s writing but her songs in 2011  really do quite mirrors Cave’s works. Love2

I still can't believe this leaked on 9/11 

So…I have been interested in vocals for years now. By no means am I an expert and I also have zero training; I’ve just watched a lot of videos on this topic and a lot that encompasses it such as agility, belting, breath support, straining, etc. 
 
Lana, in my opinion, is a great singer. Her voice is like nothing I’ve heard before, her tone naturally has a melancholy/vintage quality, and she uses her voice in unique and creative ways. Is she, on the other hand, an excellent vocalist? Not really. Definitely not on the level of modern singers like Ariana Grande, Beyonce, Perrie Edwards, Tori Kelly, etc. She’s quite untrained. That being said…there are so many vocal moments that have impressed me, and I thought I’d create this thread to share them and for you guys to share your favorite moments as well! Additionally if someone is educated on the technical aspects of singing, feel free to analyze her vocals.

i really like this song, i don't think it's meaningless at all, it's just the haze of being fucked up. i always wonder about the robitussin line though, if it was a reference to cobain, to ail a sore throat or to abuse dxm. not speculating on her real life because lyrics are abstract and not in my interest but i just wonder what she meant. ill always hold the track to my heart even if it isnt catchy it just resonates, i may not get the track but the track gets me.
