listening to Old Money then this song they totally feel like sister tracks  with her talking about her parents in the second verse with chorus' being about acting gentle despite the circumstances she's come so far wow

Okay so maybe I'm just being extra, but does anyone feel like this part is kind of directly referring to fans/us speculating about her personal story?

Like obviously it's speaking about her past and her family, but the way she says "here's the deal" a bunch of times seems kind of like she's consciously saying "okay, you all have been wondering about this so here you go". And then the way she specifically says "gaps to fill in" reminds me a lot of how people on this board have spoken about the time periods and details of her past that are hard to tie together...maybe I'm reaching, but idk, it shook me 
 

I personally don’t think it refers to the Nirvana song, but even if it does, the song itself was inspired by the medication since Kurt Cobain was diagnosed with bipolar disorder in teenage years.

Yep I think this is correct. A stint is a short period of time so she’s saying that she has done time in wards (presumably alcoholic issues as we know as well as mental health) but she’s saying despite it all she is still standing 

When I realized she called her mother „my fathers wife“. Hit me like a ton of bricks

This song is an incredible gift to her fans as well as an impressive middle finger to her critics. Her writing is so clever, I admire her confidence and her willingness to tell it like it is, no matter what. 

The verses in particular really carry more of a weight after her Mother's Day post 

This song was definitely born out of her mommy issues and how Jane was a guiding light in absence of a maternal figure. Interesting it should leak now as she has been more vocal about it this year. The mystery grows...

I know some people has an issue with the mask lyrics in Violet for Roses but apart from what she meant literally is not problematic at all as she means she is relieved that she is seeing signs that pandemic is getting over; lyrics have double entendre where there is more timeless reference to the concept of the song as she chooses what she wants, and not what the other person dictates to her:

Somewhere I saw the lyrics written as "trade in my new truck for Rollses" and I feel like this might be the correct lyric, since it makes sense in the context of trading one simple vehicle for a fancier car with a prestigious reputation (a Rolls-Royce).

I think the lyrics to Arcadia would make Dylan blush. Fucking magnificent. 

It's not a surprise that Lana included this song in the new album and, in fact, put it after Wildflower Wildfire and right before Cherry Blossom - all songs share a similar theme about maternal figures / motherly love (or lack thereof).
