Norman Fucking Rockwell - Pre-Release Thread

Probably mood music. Personally I think it's a banger but it does sound pretty melancholic, but in a more fun way.

To me the instrumental is very moody, from the piano notes to the keys in the chorus and her melancholic waa waa waaaa waaaas ( :toofunny: ) so hopefully it's on there

Maybe Venice Bitch really is a transitional song in the middle of the record. Like, the album shifts from piano-driven to psych rock when the song does at the 2:00 mark.

Woah, her mind, that's really a concept.

I think Cinnamon is gonna be track 4 just like Cherry was. I see it opening with MAC and In Your Car style songs, then some sexy bops, then halfway its gonna be piano ballads and then more rocky songs towards the end such as VB,

omy gooood im so excited!!!!

The fact that it doesn't have any bangers on it and that it's just mood music with rock undertones makes me so fucking happyyyyy. Honeymoon and UV are her best albums IMO and they're both such mood records, I can't wait for NFR!!!

Cinnamon is def more mood - but a banger for her. I think she means banger as in she's not putting out Thank You, Next. But she's never been like that. She doesn't really have any bangers except maybe for a few on BTD.

This sounds consistent with what we know of her - so I'm okay. I just wish we would promote more or do ONE TV performance. I thought she might b/c of the Apple Keynote Address, but maybe not. What is odd is that in some ways, in terms of viewership, that's probably larger than an SNL appearance.
