The vocals of this performance are actually pretty good. Love that performance and would love to see vocals like in her Hey Blue Baby performance on this record. Someone mentioned before that she should belt like in TLY & PWYC at the LTTMT..yes give us those kind of vocals Lana!!

Lana's Americana album incoming lol. I was hoping for those 2 country-esque songs to get an official release. I highly doubt they ever will tho.

 

That said, I am really looking forward to Lana's 'fuck you' album. I wouldn't mind an album with more angst than Ultraviolence

i mean... this makes sense!

she could be talking about the rampant drug usage (like coke) in the upper class? lets be real those rich white people in the 60s in those country clubs must have FEASTED on coke

its common for people to associate drug usage with the poor... and rarely ever call out the fact that rich people involve themselves heavily in drugs as well. sure we all know rich people do shit like coke but they aren't judged for it like poor people are if that makes sense? 

i doubt she will talk about this because its very specific but its interesting how it does seem to connect!
