I hope she picks a good lead single this time. I feel like COTCC and IYLDWM would have been a better choices for the past 2 albums. If she releases a piano ballad or a stripped down song as a lead single, I could see that killing some of the hype for LDR9.

I consider COTCC to be the lead single tbh. LMLYLAW was more a promo song. I do agree IYLDWM would have been a great lead single!

Imagine putting that song in a slot for an album tracklist and instead of Fine China, Yes To Heaven, or any BETTER unreleased song?

 

And i hate when artists randomly put an-already released song for a different project (a side collab with other artists / film, tv shows soundtrack) to their official albums for streams (yes im looking at you ellie goulding) despite that specific song itself has nothing to do with the whole album concept and doesnt even make any sense within the scenario. (Doin Time is an exception of course)

Let's not forget that one fake insider called the song snippet on Lana's Instagram "The Rain Never Stops". A couple days later @TheDollClub copied that name and slightly changed it up to "The Rain". It's like someone copying homework in school
