But it was also iconic and courageous and expressed exactly my feelings at the time, like "f*ck Corona, f*ck wearing a mask, I'm not into it". Today you can rather smile about it (by the way, many people still die from Corona, but nobody cares anymore).

i never got the controversy around the mask but maybe i misunderstood something?

i understood that there was a layer under the mesh/gemstones so how was it really any different than any other mask ppl were wearing at that point anyway ?

Yeah it was a dumb thing to do in public. It was wonderfully glamour for her Interview photoshoot but not so much for a public book signing ( that wasn’t really very legit it seems)

It was obviously a mesh. Her saying there was something underneath is just as believable as her saying she never had plastic surgery. It was a just a stupid and irresponsible thing to do.
