True but her caption makes me believe she is done with the album: her naming her producers and the number of tracks being mentioned. LFL era, when asked in interview about the album, she said it had currently 18 tracks at the end of May and nFR era, she never mentioned the number of tracks when she went live on Insta in December prior to the release, when she said the album had been mastered.

I wonder what Luke thought when he heard Lana describe the songs as half baked and said she wasn’t sure about them.

 

He said on Instagram that the songs they wrote were some of his most fulfilling creativity wise, which probably is true bc what we’ve heard of Henry is beautiful, but at the same time it’s such a stark difference in talking about the songs

I feel like the single is coming soon otherwise why announce the album 6 months in advance? Other than boosting her summer ticket sales I don't see the reasoning. Manifesting Henry comes 12/6

This is the same woman who posted Henry and announced Lasso 8 months in advance. Her posting album info online (without her label backing it) means next to nothing. You’re going to go mad if you try to find reason in what she does.

I do absolutely agree that it seems to be more fleshed out than any random announcement she’s ever made, but all of the info we got (album title, number of tracks, AND producers) is all immediately disqualified by her posting a random non-Friday release date. 
 

I know 111 said it was finished and mastered months ago, and while I do hope that’s true, it could also be a classic 111 troll

Considering ben reposted it it has more legitimaitsy to me the previous lasso "announcement" and I do think we will get Henry before the end of the year

I agree with everything you said and yet I still think the single is coming soon Her announcing an album at an awards show on the fly was very random, very her. I should have known better than to believe her in February. A post with an album cover (unclear), new title, track number, release date and producer credits feels more credible. I don't think she would say all of that knowing the buzz and hype that has built up around her new country album the last 9 months. My hope is she finalized the album the last few months and the rollout plan is set in stone - starting with Henry finally coming on 12/6

no it doesn't  he reposted about her fake Rock Candy Sweet announcement and we see how that went  personally I don't think we'll get Henry before the end of the year (sadly! I really want it right now)

for what it's worth I also believed her about Lasso in September, especially when Jack was interviewed and talked about it like weeks later  I do agree that it all feels more credible, but at the same time it doesn't because of the fake date. Admittedly, I'm not sure what she could have done differently. If she would have not included a date, she'd be harassed about it. If she did a vague "2025" she'd be harassed about it. I think she should have either just said "May 2025" or at the very least "May 23rd" since that's a Friday, and therefore more believable.

in an ideal world, this would discourage people from believing fake insiders, but I already know people are going to be fooled again before this album even comes

TBH she should just not say anything until she drops the pre-order  I will never understand her obsession with these informal announcements
