The Right Person Will Stay - Pre-Release Thread (OUT: May 21st, 2025)

I’m thinking some theme fitting guest appearances will have to happen at Stagecoach to carry the country theme for her. Just like how she was a guest for Paul Cauthen last year. Otherwise the Stagecoach target demographic will not he happy that the  Summertime Sadness singer is headlining their patriotic stage.

it is hard for me to imagine her adding new songs on the setlist like tnc or iyldwm, she sang at a folk festival in 2023 and the setlist was pretty much the same as always, just shorter, so i can expect her to do sameish setlist there as well, i put the newport folk fest setlist in the spoilers. the only new thing we can expect is probably henry and maybe past present future intro like from fenway

and tbh i don't think that casual country music fans will go to listen to her, the tix were basically sold out when they were first released because the majority of them were her fans and her fanbase is prolly bigger than those other artists fanbase. i imagine she will bring the dancers as well since they have been on tour with her for two years and she's very comfortable w them.

She’ll perform a country version of Young and Beautiful. Southern people love that song. I think they’d be welcoming to a Lana album and performance, the country girls.

So. I've been patient and not really thinking about the album, before cus I was still and am enjoying ocean blvd, but I ended up watching this movie w reese witherspoon and will ferell about a double wedding (it was entertaining but also wholesome), and there was this scene where the mother was reconciling w her daughter, also wholesome, but I was listening to the music score and it reminded me of the same of feeling of white dress musically, and that got me thinking about the feeling off new music. and the kind of world it opens up. 

I don't really like complaining cus I feel like it's useless for the most part, and I'm not complaining now but more so. I miss that kind of feeling of reliving emotions or stepping into a sacred kind of space not through, but with it. 

people can hurt you, people'll come and go and you should let them, intimacy and all, but music? it can be very intimate. yes and shared, but from a personal pov, I miss that.

last time I felt anything similar to was ariana's eternal sunshine. 

I'm waiting for that feeling
