Honeymoon - Post-Release Discussion Thread + Poll

i usually rant about how terrible honeymoon is and how much of a disgrace it is to lanas discography, but with college ive become so stressed and in despair. I listened to honeymoon and realized it is an album of stress, anxiety, and despair. In lanas vocals it says it all. In songs like Honeymoon and HBTB her vocals sound lazy, but its almost like its a metaphor of how much all the strain is bearing down on her. and in songs like GKIT and Swan Songs bridge, you hear her pain. Truly, it took pain to understand this album. I know see it for what it is, a release of lanas anxiety, depression, and stress after UV. Took me a little more than 1 year, but I am beginning to like Honeymoon a lot
