This is SO pretty. The red on white NEEDS to be a thing. I have an actual obsession with the classic Lana font in red too. I think that's why Honeymoon's album cover grew on me so much. The red contrast is so good. And it would make so much sense for the expected theme of this album to be tied back to Honeymoon! Edit: Also these are favourites. Its all making sense now! I'm obsessed with the reds.

Still trying to understand what the fuck happened to her 1. I think Grimes has always been privileged enough to play around with yet not be serious about her views and politics 2. She is absolutely a victim of Elon and her life has been a fucking horror show since 2020 trying to be with her children. 3. I think currently she's doing her best to just *be okay* and for her children to be okay and for that to happen she has to be somewhat involved in what Elon does and can't just straight-up oppose him like she would have done 10 years ago, and that's soooo shit i know. I think it means we've lost her for good.

What an album! I haven't even finished listening but I love it!

The fact that now the war is "over" but im more scared than ever for all the innocent surviving Palestinians now that Trump is threatening to literally wipe them all out if Hamas doesn't release remaining hostages. "Also, to the People of Gaza: A beautiful Future awaits, but not if you hold Hostages. If you do, you are DEAD! Make a SMART decision." once again not just threatening Hamas, but literally threatening to complete genocide.

Motivating for me to listen to her more! Its funny because alt/rock is more my true taste in music, and I know K.Flay does it good, but something about her groovy earlier songs feels right to me (for her)!

I found her in 2014, listened to Make Me Fade and Can't Sleep on repeat. Theyre such good songs they still sound new tbh. I like some of her newer songs but nothing has stuck like those 2.

I really like the opening track. I want her to go back in the dark electronic ddirection or even to something 80s vapourwave

Definitely beats Serpentina for me but besides that, not super interesting.
