I don't think Arcadia would be a good album title. I prefer Blue Banisters A LOT.

Omg I was thinking this exact thing when she teased the clip, and her more recent Video Games comment really ties it together!
 
Video Games (in her words from interviews) was the perfect representation of herself, and we saw how it ultimately acted as a novel invitation into her musical world. 
 
Maybe I’m reading too much into it, but I like to think that her recent caption on the Arcadia teaser implies that Arcadia will act similarly and that it will evoke some of her more classic, vintage Americana themes. Needless to say, I agree that BB will likely top her discography—especially in terms of songwriting

YES. The melody. The way she sings Sierra Madre. The potential change of pace at some point in the song. The thing I love most about her recent material is that it feels like her best songwriting yet (and she has quite an impeccable track record, so that's saying a lot).
And don't even get me STARTED on the masterpiece that is Wildflower Wildfire.

in the dream i was walking around a farmers market in a park while listening to wayamaya so now I’m manifesting a bright sunny yellow crisp fall album with folky yet bluesy but also rock & gospel influences (in the vein of thunder and a dash of textbook verses and perhaps a hint of tostb on dealer ) bc the three singles already give very much autumn vibes
anyways claiming track 3 bc they’re always godly 

I will pretend this is real until proven otherwise. 

A rework of "never let me go" sounds like a fan's wish to me. I don't see it happening.

I've done some sleuthing and I've managed to find out some stuff about the video!
The first snippet is definitely filmed in two locations.


The microwave and cabinet from first snippet are the same as the ones from the Hilton Hotel in Arcadia:

I've checked other photos of the hotel and there's no match for the window frames & curtains from the other part of the first snippet.
But I did find a match in the single cover:
