A 7 minute meditation that juxtaposes a domestic bliss while romanticizing the mundane everyday (like going to Costco) and the geographic/agricultural/social chaos that arises elsewhere. Kind of like a more politicized version of what we’re expecting the title track to be. 

It starts off with sparse guitar instrumentation and transforms into an ambient, psychedelic rock tune - kind of like a more Jimi Hendrix-inspired version of Venice Bitch! I think electric guitars make for a lot of good word-painting when it comes to fires and a more “heated” atmosphere. That’s why I think White Hot Forever will have some guitar instrumentation that’s glittery and glamorous with some wah-wah elements! 

To be honest I'm expecting an announcement on Sept 5th about a delay without any further date just "coming soon".

On one hand, Ed said it isn’t done, but Ben posted over 3 weeks ago (!!) new Lana music soon. Idk what soon means but by this point it can’t be to much longer, the managers haven’t teased music unless it was coming

So is Lana like brave enough to let us see her peaCOCC

Yes, Ed said that, but through a DM that could have easily been fake. It wasn't, but that's not the point.
How is the fandom supposed to be certain about the situation? It's their job to tell their god damn client to clarify the current progress of the album, if it's either delayed, or what. 

Look, I adore Lana but after all, she did mention a date, it's not our fault to expect something to come on that day. I mean, it might be, cause we know we shouldn't trust any word that comes from Lana's or her managment's mouths, but they should be more professional, it's dumb at this point of her career.

Or when they leaked FILY/the greatest by forgetting to take it off YouTube & Google Play? They're so unprofessional it's unbelievable, as you said it would take a single tweet/instagram post or even not leaving fans on read. If this is how they manage her they can't be surprised when the fandom gets angry.

Ok well as far as I’m concerned I’ve been on this thread for months now and it’s all fun and games but that’s where I draw the line. 
Lana mentioned the release date for engagement most likely. We have been reading into things after that, so it would be totally desperate and pathetic of anyone of us to go after Ed or Ben or Sheridan or whomever complaining about shit like that. Should anyone do such a thing it would look very clownish.

They’ve always been part of the problem too, I just don’t understand why they give false info, or LET her give false info? They could simply say it’s delayed and avoid all conflict... I understand they have bigger artists like Dua to manage but Lana is still the most popular artist in her niche

I read somewhere that actually Republic Records had no idea that Folklore was even a thing and they found out the day before or the same day of the announcement, I don't know if that's real tho, anyways I know that her releases are a major thing to any record store so probably everything is super secret since nobody want to get sued

But if we get a magazine shoot and some COCC news it would be better than nothing.
