I performed astral projection and the cosmos told me LDR9 is inspired by the 90s and early 2000 action movies like Lara Croft, The Mummy and Chicken Run 

honestly 3 iconic films, and a mixture of them as an influence would be an incredibly welcome chaos.
 
Lana’s new track, “patience is a virtue but not right now it isn’t” coming july 14th. 

I can’t get my head around the fact that this album’s working title was Sorry If I Hurt You

“I talked to you the way I talk to myself” is kinda the most powerful line ever

I definitely see the music I like visually. Often times songs will trigger a memory, or the feeling of a place, either real or completely imaginary.
 
Sometimes the artwork attached to the song or album helps, but a lot of times it’s completely an image I get from the music itself, and a lot of times it’s not even from lyrical imagery. It’s completely from the sounds and production. It’s pretty nuts.
 
Cross You Out always warranted a music video in my mind, because of how I see it in such a light and dark “tie dye” sort of aesthetic. Like I could just imagine silhouettes of Charli and Sky singing and moving around the screen to a very bright metallic backdrop with these acidic, again, almost tie dye-like patterns, then on the darker bits of the song, or the heavy bass hits, the screen would go dark but retain the splotchy color patterns and their silhouettes would flip to bright white.
 
That’s just kind of how I see Cross You Out, in general. Heavy contrasts.

was listening to Honeymoon while getting ready today and tbh I feel like the most likely form for LDR9 to take is Honeymoon 2.0. Maybe something like astrology influence from LFL and Chemtrails eras meets the hazy west coast beach jazz sound from NFR, HM eras..and lyricism from BB, VBBOTG.

she did follow rick recently, and acknowledged Honeymoon recently (Swan Song, GKIT)
 
Anyways, I just want another 'The Blackest Day' and generally more songs that sound like a Bond Theme.

Lana needs to bring back that vintage record-player sound effect for this album
