Haha LFL begins with 13 Beaches for me too !! When the album came out, it made sense to have it begin there because I had listened to the two singles over and over and I wanted something new.

Is this a real product or did somebody digitally cum all over the original?

Tbh I won't rely on that page when it comes to a genre, those genres are normally pretty general, I'd love some Rock influences though!

The transition between LFL and 13 Beaches was jarring to me at first.

The thing is Lana uses better wordplay and has a better way of writing generally

Also, one of my favorite lines from BTD “Let’s go get high, the road is long” so she’s talking heights and lengths, which in the literal sense, let’s go smoke and get stoned or whatever, and the destination seems far, but shes metaphorically talking about heights and lengths theyll go which gives that song even more meaning when you listen to it again.

OMG, imagine going back in time telling Lizzy/Lana that one day, Bruce Springsteen would not only be praising her songs, but calling himself a fan! This makes me so happy.

I’m also wondering if her posting Joan Baez’s paintings means they collaborated for a song on this record, especially since she and Lana performed together in San Fran. Obviously Lana has been a huge fan of Joan for a while and Joan must return that admiration based on what she said about Lana at that show and the fact that she painted her! I would love for a collab between the two on this record.

She had dreams of being a beautiful poet... and now they are coming true. The poetry inside of her is warm like a gun.

as much as I want to think this will be like Burnt Norton, because yes its the bestest, there is a BIG difference between T S ELIOT'S poems and lana's poems 

You know what i might do, i would kinda class her poetry as part of the NFR era so once the spoken word album is released i think it would be a good idea to add some of the poems as interludes in between the appropriet songs on NFR. Imagine it suddenly going from a 14 track album to a 20 - 25 track masterpiece with poems and instrumentals, wow

am i the only one who thinks that the song she was playing really doesn't mean anything? she probably was just bopping to it and happened to have someone take a video of her dancing. i think if she wanted to get back at sean she would play a song that was a little more obvious and i don't think "stay high" is that obvious enough.  

Hate him all you want, but don't get upset by whoever she dates, stop investing so much time and energy into her personal life, if it upsets you then thats not her problem, she will continue to date, do and say whatever the fuck she wants and i respect that a lot
