Since we most likely get to hear the untouched, original version I wouldn't be surprised if the intro of Yosemite is like a continuation of the Get Free outro with the birds & the ocean noises

Tbh to me it expresses how impatient she is to leave LA - it sounds like the music itself hurries to finish, which goes so well with the lyrics. I love this song so much damn It all sounds so warm I don't know how she did that. Am I having a hot flush listening to it or does anyone else feel the same?

So its 2 AM and a random thought dawned on me while half asleep  Sorry if everyones already realized this cause I'm slow as fuck  but since the Yosemite shoot was shot at the Lloyd house back in August, that probably means that its been on the tracklist and apart of COCC for a long time. It basically confirms that it wasn't a last minute addition in place of Dealer like some of us speculated and it was probably actually a well thought out addition. Meaning that Yosemite was already on the tracklist when she was considering adding Dealer onto the album so that possibly means we could've actually had gotten both on the album  It makes me more excited to hear it but also scares me she changed parts of the song for worse  Hoping she didn't touch it 

I MEAN, the 3 grant siblings should have been the only ones on the album cover.

I can't at Sad Day being slept on. Its sounds like something a young Kate Bush would do these days. Its so Running Up that Hill. And that delicate piano sprinkled in there is just... *chefs kiss*
 
I agree its actually a pretty soft song, but still really intense. It might my favorite new song I've heard in a while.

edit:edit: It's crazy I wasn't even anticipating this record that greatly for whatever reason but when the snippets came out my interest was piqued. Now hearing the whole thing I think it might truly be my front-runner for album of the year. It's so human where her first almost presented her as something alien. Its like the perfect hybrid of Kate Bush and Bjork. 

Okay, that's it, I'm gonna say it. I like this better than LP1. I don't know how she did it, but she did it. Absolutely mesmerizing. I decided to stan for life.
