Why a single announcement so long before its release date? She's doing a lot on social media right now, and this hype could die down by then. I wonder what her promotion strategy she will have this time. I doubt she'll have any big hits tbh, but if she's aiming for that I hope she sees at least moderate success.
 
Is this an album announcement as well or? If it is, I hope it's better than Charli...that album didn't age well for much at all. Gone, Cross You Out, and Next Level Charli are still cute though.

Maybe in Text Book she's talking about her significant other as her daddy, not her actual father?

If baby blue love is about that teacher she had in high school who apparently had a thunderbird, it leads me to think Text Book is partially about him too

It just feels forced and tacky, she’s constantly virtue signalling. She needs to stop ranting on Instagram and stop taking notice of critics…then she won’t feel the need for lyrics like this.   

Stoned And Can't Come Up With Anything Good In Jack's Studio is so boring. Not it sounding like Wild At Heart and talking about on the vine. She's down bad rn. Is it too late to scrap this album and start over without Jack anywhere near it or any other pop girl album again?

I think Wildflower Wildfire is the perfect opening with the defiant piano - it is simple but striking.  The opening lines to the whole album being “here’s the deal - ‘cause I know you wanna talk about it”  is perfect because it sets the tone for her telling her own story.

Not y'all comparing her to Halsey. Poor Sky is going out sad. That said, I like Badlands, despite a couple duds and cringeworthy songs (Castle, Colors, New Americana) it's a good alt-pop debut album. Her others haven't topped it for me.
 
NTMT is still a flawless, timeless album though, plus we have the unreleased demos. Voices Carry and Legends are so good imo!
 

Not All Who Wander is reminiscent of Tomorrow Never Came to me.

I don't mind the font, but agree it's a bit unreadable. It could've benefitted from being just a tad bit bigger. But I like the cover, it's different for her. I'm really curious what the new album will sound like.

I've been obsessed with No Angel lately, what a bop.
