the way i just thought: that video had absolutely nothing to do with the chemtrails era right?? i mean the whole sarcastic tone, her making fun of the things the media tells her/thinks of her, the glamorous photoshoot...nothing of that seems cocc like but it seems VERY similar to her looks lately (notably the last twitter pic and the popsicle one) AND to everything she said about the media and controversies lately. So what IF the interview shoot was tied to BB, which she was probably already working on in september if she was shooting a music video in november, and tied to the headspace the album will be in....

Maybe this is Lana's horror album, as a metaphor for the way she's felt throughout the past decade from the media's treatment of her. Mike Dean's solo albums have a lot of 80s horror synth vibes, and she captioned that Bodega Bae picture "waiting for the birds to attack." It would be something unexpected and new for her. She starts with Blue Banisters which sounds like a classic emotional Lana song before everything falls apart as her banisters remain unpainted, another blow in a long string of false hope that she's experienced navigating the industry.

no seriously can we get real information? like who are the producer(s)? are there collabs? how many tracks? there’s a way to give us information and still leave the element of surprise. these insiders are truly useless 

I'm so here for the uncertainty around this project. The fact that this is happening right after we just got an album is amazing so I really don't mind the mystery and the vague descriptions, it's so exciting! Chemtrails is a classy masterpiece that will have no trouble standing the test of time. She's clearly in no creative slump so I am more than willing to trust the process and eagerly anticipate whatever it is that she's bringing us next.

wait- what if theres a song called Qftc and shes singing the whole text from the qftc or she namedrops more people

She said she's the only one that can tell her story so it doesn't make sense that it is the collab album right? 
And maybe RCS is a lyric from BB but it doesn't seem like it matches (but we only got 30 seconds of it tho).
If it's not about the sound of the album I'm really lost about what has she done that is so unexpected 

didn't they describe white dress as "squeaking" and that lmlylaw sounds like fine china? literally the two weirdest descriptions you could give to these songs, i don't trust whatever they have to say about this album unless they plan on giving us some cold hard facts instead of vague, misleading opinions... 

all of the insiders be like so yeah, its going to be something new, unexpected, beautiful. oh yeah, it's also going to have lyrics on it and some visuals. the singer is lana del rey and she was working with somebody

"don't be negative" makes it seem like she's gonna do something that'll turn a lot of fans off

Anyway I've been getting sent the weirdest theories asking if they are correct so I'm just gonna say that it's not even really about the sound of the album and don't be negative about this release. It's just something unexpected, but personally I'm kinda here for it! Trust the process and hope for the best, cheers."
