i don't want any collabs! i really liked breaking up slowly & for free, but when it's just lana, it's a lot more special

What if this album has collabs with other female artists (some from qftc and others like gaga and taylor) as a cumulative fuck you to the media? Managers said that she has something special in mind so just a regular album is not probably what they meant.

I think Lana is “over” chemtrails, in the sense that she wanted it out there, released, and done. That’s maybe why she didn’t do much promo. I think it’s because COTCC is such a personal album in a nostalgic, light-hearted way. But now she’s MAD - I think this was planned. It’s actually a great promo strategy. Why else would she choose to respond to an article from January? I don’t think it’s *completely* delusional to think even a single will be released on June 1st, and an album later in the year... possibly around September-November.

kinda unrelated but tbh if this album is as explosive and angry as she’s hinting at then a lot of ppl in this fanbase need to let this be the era that they stop getting worked up over reviews & critics bc there’s a good chance she’ll end up getting dragged thru the pits .. personally ima just let her have her angry moment and only pay attention to the content this era, she can get a 30 on metacritic for all i care

She better not release 10 different vinyl variants with this album...my wallet can’t take it

Plus the controversies she's had over the past 18 months, including that "Fuck you" video in January... I'm ready for her full fledged, chaotic, rock energy. This is going to be her Yeezus. And even if it bombs critically, she still has the universally acclaimed Chemtrails to fall back on.  Bloop!

also is anyone going to the pop up shop tomorrow? if so, will you please ask lana for details if she's there about the album like if it's truly coming and if it's already been pressed to vinyl? bc those details will be very telling if we actually will get the album in time
