If it's this year it has to be November or early December since the holiday season basically stops anything that's not Christmas related 

 

It would also make sense to release in a couple of weeks so it's a bit spaced from the snow ❄️ song

lana had a dorothy costume in halloween 2020 and chemtrails was inspired by the wizard of oz. wonder if her current costume has anything to do with the era (as in 'she's currently into that style' rather than 'she's planting easter eggs')
