it was teased in August though, 3 months and a half before the preorder, and at least a month before the album was completed, and it’s the only song she posted a snippet of, so I really don’t think it was only considered very late for the album. I think it was meant to be on the album ever since it was created (which might be late, as the photos of Lana and Jon Batiste together are from early August)
