I really don't think she wanted us to find out that she broke her arm for whatever the fuck reason

Her primary and secondary residences are not in Malibu, though
Anyway I'd deliver her tacos no worries ... no tip needed just gimme COCC
She looks like she would break your arm to match hers if you crossed her

i know you’re joking in good faith and i don’t wanna get all “snowflake-y” about it, but there are some ppl who have been vocal about their body image struggles + young impressionable boys and girls; and there’s nothing wrong with having Lana’s body type—and not really the primary focus, next to potential engagement news and a clearly broken arm that will probably be another reason she delays the album(s) she’s promised to release lol)

actually ultraviolence was meant to come out in may, lana's own words. she also started talking about honeymoon like a year before anything came out.

anyways some of yall need to calm down about this album, yes it sucks it didn't come when she said it was supposed to but it was only meant to make up for the lack of COCC and now COCC is coming so obviously she's gonna wait a bit to put this out cause releasing 2 albums would be overwhelming and a mess. it'll probably come a few months after COCC is released it's not that big of a deal.

I’m trying tu understand the silence about this album: Does she want to surprise drop it like she did with Summertime? Is it done but she forgot it still takes a couple of days to upload on Spotify and all? Or is she still working on it?
the only excusable silence on her part is if she is dropping it somewhere before the end of 2020 (very unlikely though).
The way this could be the cover and I would love it.

Because of her recent controversies she’s already at a disadvantage in regard to its critical reception (there are always going to be a few biased reviewers). But honestly, LMLYLAW is an objectively good song and judging from the title track it seems like she’ll (hopefully) touch on some interesting themes. I also think it has the potential to pull good first week sales considering her resurgence in popularity.

My guess is it's not going to get the acclaim NFR did. I feel like with LFL and NFR, she clearly wanted to be validated by the critics but with COCC not that much.

I don't think the record is going to sound like Ultraviolence but I'm thinking it could end up being a similar situation where it's received poorly by the critics while being acclaimed by the fans, since she doesn't seem to be making compromises this time around.

The Other Woman is the EPITOME of what makes Lana Del Rey a force in the world of music. Entirely unafraid to adopt a role that many may be afraid to identify with, but do. The vocals in this song sounding like it’s playing on an old ass radio/phonograph really establish the aesthetic that Lana is known for. Plus, how many young people nowadays would think to get into Nina Simone? This cover is what truly solidified my love for old jazz. Because it’s endlessly fluid. I can’t gush about this song enough for one post though, so I’m stopping here sorry  but thinking about the fact that people can sit there with a serious face and say they don’t like that song. Like you’re entitled to your opinion but, baby, it’s so wrong.

I didn’t even know “some things last a long time” was a cover. O____o
I really appreciate Lana’s cover of “goodbye kiss” too, the way she sings it... Feels very intimate and... alive? I don’t know how to describe it. It’s just perfection.

Some Things Last a Long Time, hands down. It almost sounds like it’s her song - and with all respect to Daniel, Lana’s version is superior. It’s so raw, so heartbreaking, you can tell it’s coming from the heart - even though she’s singing someone else’s story. Her stripped back, simple covers are the best in my opinion, and Chelsea Hotel No. 2 is another top favourite cover of mine. She’s amazing at twisting covers in the right way to make them her own while also paying proper homage to the original. Her vocals are always so emotive, and with covers such as STLALT & CHN2, you can tell she’s really feeling the song and sharing the same emotions as the original writer x

Somethings last a long time: emotionally raw, one of the best tracks of Lana with a more minimalist production, is clearly a song important to her

The only reason I’m not upset is because COCC song video and pre order are coming in 2.5 weeks. She probably thought COCC wouldn’t come till summer and that’s why the covers album. Now that we’ll get COCC probably Feb-March covers album will probably come after. I’m sure that’s why she announced it when she did. So, I guess now I’m hoping for COCC Feb-March, then in the rest of 2021/early early 2022 covers album and Iron Gates, and finally late summer/fall 2022 next studio album. If this happens we truly won girls and gays!!! ?

Like, I don’t care that much about AS&C but her lack of professionalism is huge... it’s the second time this year... she done this several times since her carrear started.
I love her with all of my heart and we know that she’s always the sweetest with her fand when meeting them but talking about commitment she’s not respectful towards her fans.
”she doesn’t owns us shit” yes, she does! We’re the ones that consume her music and stand by her when people talk bullshit about her...
we need to be more respected
    that’s my thoughts this Christmas.
still love her and always will, but sometimes she does make me sad

Maybe she didn't apologize because it's still coming tonight...

All jokes aside, she should have atleast acknowledged it. Normally I don't really care when she doesn't stick to her dates but this is Christmas, and a really hard year for most people. If it wasn't going to come she should have told us. I don't think the project's been abandoned but an update would've gone a long way.

Oh wellll Merry Christmas bbs and atleast we know lots is coming soon!
