There are some scrapped songs from this sessions the previous, she has worked again with Mike (or is supposed to), she has recorded covers… If she did take two years for her next album, it would be very standard, but let’s not forget the second audiobook and petty book coming out probably in 2022.

I agree about The Next Best American Record, I was very disappointed by the new version. I would have preferred a new instrumental that would be more fitting to NFR and no change of lyrics. In contrary, I personally I love how she turned her pain from the original Beautiful People into hopefullness in the final one. 

I love how she articulates words during the second verse of Arcadia. It sounds so sweet and fragile.. and also that facial expression, hands that are close face.. almost like she wants to be held by someone. Im tearing up every time I hear/watch that part.  And all of you who say that MV is bad go wash your eyes with H2SO4. Thank you. 

The way Lana predicted all this back in 2012 with Bel Air cause Arcadia makes me levitate and resurrect and The Trio makes me want to go to fucking war 

we technically have 10 of the 15 songs, and i want to play them all at the same time injected straight into my ears for hours on end but i also want to never listen to any of them again so they sound fresh in 30 years. ya dig?

I think with her narrative of this album being about her past and present she wanted to put the Ultraviolence outtakes to get an UV redemption in some way, just stating how important that period of her life was and how it reflects on who she is today 

Thinking about how Ultraviolence was about Barrie and how down she was during that era, I mean like that album isn’t the most cherry thing lol
 
 
and now they’re working together?!?!? Icons truly wish they got back together especially after all this personal growth 

I've been listening to Lana's music since 2012 and i can definitely say she still has kept the same charm and magic (as some other users above said), plus her lyricism has improved A LOT in the past years and the few tracks we currently have off of BB encapsulate that so well I'm so excited for this album and the rest of the tracks

So true  There is a very « strength in vulnerability » feeling with this album so far. I love it. 

Tbh I still believe that artistically Barrie and Lana are great match . I can't wait to listen to the new track it sounds really promising and I would love to see them work together in the future ( if they are in good terms ofc ) .

when i first heard the little drum roll at the beginning of the interlude i thought it was national anthem demo 

Arcadia is absolutely gorgeous, I’m fine with her piano ballads when they sound like this. Clear horns, strings and arrangements. Very impressive lyrics too.

I love it how her voice quivers at certain places....
