not to be dramatic or anything but I genuinely feel so sad. only because I know SHE wants it, and she has just got comfortable actually attending these events again. barely any of the artists are deserving, like, metallica? paramore I don't even consider to be rock either?? that god awful country song??? it is purely fuelled by money and rich old men who are threatened by a woman who does not bow to their wishes. 

Anyways award shows won’t be a thing in 10 years anymore they’re just a bunch of old rich white ppl giving other old rich white ppl (and their proxies) fake accolades and their veiwership is losing them money at this point.

This is infuriating that Lana will likely go home empty handed once again, but Lana is 1000x more relevant than the Grammy's will ever be so she'll always have the last laugh.

Now that Boygenius, Paramore and Billie Eilish have won their awards for their mid-tier albums, can I please go back to making record breaking albums that pave the way for all other alt artists today?

it's just disrespectful at this point the fact she has not received a grammy - honour her contributions to pop culture its TIME

I love rock music, it's probably my favourite genre, but honestly there's nothing I hate more than mediocre alt-rock and sorry but boygenius and paramore both fit that definition ... just listened to the paramore song for the first time and ...... 
honestly if she doesn't win soty or aoty i don't know what i'll do  
it's so stupid how obviously people want to award mediocrity above anything else because they can't get over one performance and "some big men behind the scenes" lies from 12 years ago
