I think you might be confusing this with coke
Everyone knows Gerald is a cokehead; it's not a secret and several of his ex-girlfriends have talked about it
Coke is commonly used in the music industry (and by a lot of rich people in general - sportspeople, actors, etc) but heroin is a whole other level
It's not impossible that she used heroin but it's very very difficult to function on it. As SN said, it's hard to imagine her being a regular user of it and meeting all of her career commitments at that time
Benzos, codeine or coke - yeah, I'd believe. But I don't know if I believe heroin

it’s not just blind items that didn’t come till years later, it’s in her songs. A lot of them. I hate Azalea but she was right about Lana being hooked on opiates. Barrie, G-Eazy, and Chase were all addicted. And yes she would be able to do all those things. Heroin doesn’t knock you out unless you take way too much. For someone with anxiety like Lana it works more as an upper. I don’t think she gets high anymore, and she’s my favorite person on the earth, I’m not saying any of this to insult her, but it’s true.

Now hear me out; i know this is a bit late but  I've been thinking about this none stop today and i have to share it somewhere so here's my literal dream performance lol.
The stage will have some small bleachers, like 2 or 3 rows (think beyoncé's coachella set but smaller) behind it will be a big "HOLLYWOOD" sign on a platform and behind it will be what we had today, so some pillars, a balcony and spiral staircases.
There will also be the big cake infront

ACT I: Coachella Intro 
1. Lust for Life ft. The Weeknd (the stage is dark then it lits up with her being on top of the H of the hollywood sign, after the first chorus she goes down and that's when the weeknd comes out)
2. Stargirl Interlude ft. The Weeknd (after she finishes singing her part she dances on the stripper pole like she did today while the Weeknd sings his part)
3. Jealous Girl (will be entirely choreographed with 10s of dancers, male and female, throughout the stage dancing like cheerleaders, during the bridge, after she sings the spelling part, she falls back where she'll be carried by some guys to the front while singing and during the last chorus there will be alot of acrobatics performed by the dancers, think literal cheerleading)
4. National anthem/I want it all (Mashup)
6.  Without You/Radio (Medley, at the end of Radio's bridge, There will be fireworks and confetti right at the beat drop)
7. Cherry 
8. She's Not Me (Long Intro, Alot of dancers, she sings the first verse without being on stage, then during the first chorus she comes out of the cake)

That guy is lame. Spoke up for Palestine on his insta and got blocked. Hope she’s being educated by Jack Donoghue! And hopefully he’s just there supporting as a friend because he’s just… 
 
Besides the bad audio engineering I really loved the show! Woke up middle of the night and was totally worth it. I need that periwinkle sparkle dress NOW  and oh my god her hair…. Just everything. She looked incredible!!! Only complaints is I wish she’d sing the bridge for Ride! And I like Bartender, I do! But it should be replaced  also she really said “let me release Yes to Heaven one of my biggest unreleased and never talk about nor sing it EVER”  
I hope we get like 4 or 5 different songs next week! I hope she had so much fun. Love her and Jon together, they seem to have a great friendship. ALSO THE POLE?!?!  I had to go back and rewatch that cause I blacked out the first time from shock

an overall beautiful show,
intro ate visuals were perfect, lana and all of her dancers looked perfect, ocean eyes x video games performance healed me,
 
sound engineer absolutely flopping and a disappointing setlist although it had a few wins (i’m talking to you NFR, cherry and Doin’ Time)
the crowd seemed “dead” but she wasn’t exactly giving them songs to jump to anyway! i hope everyone in that audience appreciates and enjoys that they got to see her perform because it’s always unreal when you’re actually there

I know it's frowned upon to comment on her body these days but as a woman who also went through some shit, gained weight and then put in the work to lose it all afterwards; she is fucking glowing. Like, for real, she looked radiant and healthy and in her prime tonight and I'm so so proud of her.

I usually love the backup singers and I know it’s probably rehearsed but sometimes they’re doing too much 
 
also I did cry because I was so happy to have Lana at coachella then next week we have TTPD and another Lana coachella show
