This time she deserves at least a nomination, not only because of the quality of the album (as if that plays a big role at the Grammys ), but also because she has done everything possible to raise her profile (collab with Taylor and big festival tour), she is higher on Spotify than ever and has one of the best selling albums in the US this year. Maybe her collabs with Jon Batiste and FJM will help, too.

Not the peppers hate…. She did something so iconic with that song! The production, the lyrics, the I-don’t-give-a-fuck attitude, the amazing surf rock WIPE OUTTTT section… it’s a work of art!

For real, though, I will never give up my Venice Bitch fantasy of an album made up completely of meandering, psychedelic 7-10 minute songs. Just jamming out, with lots of guitar and random sound effects. Lana on acid and shrooms and LSD, basically. Just for one album. 

My favorite songs from the album right now are Sweet and The Grants, so just give me piano and strings at this point... the fuck??? 

She also spent time with her uncle there tonight! x
