People cheering, Ambience, and the Yeah hah (What)(Who me) ,Alrights from BTD will always give it something her other albums just don’t have. She did a good job with Groupie Love and God Bless America but we haven’t really got a taste of that in some time. Its my fav aspect of Lana’s music tho and I wish she would recognize its importance in her art and utilize it again

To be honest, I always thought it was a reach, that she’d do a 10-day whatever in NYC, if Tropico took only 3 days. It’s not Beyoncé we’re stanning here, to release a movie alongside an album.

i had also doubted that she’d be in nyc for 10 days … but maybe she was there a little bit??? or more realistically anna cofone has been leading us on .. as she should i guess ..we really are an easily manipulated crowd 

 

whenever i have hope and excitement i have to remind myself to CRUSH IT violently into small tiny little dusty pieces …

I think we can safely say that piano and strings are going to make up the instrumentation of this record. I hope it’s in the vein of this, as it marries the sonic landscape of Blue Banisters and Honeymoon while bringing in the characteristic embellishments of Violet —

If she filmed a MV or did a photoshoot, I’d be happy, to be honest.

Maybe there was some delay or something cause it's weird that Ben would say "music in the works" in May and then "new music incoming / new album coming soon" in June for not even an announcement or single to be out already 

I don't think he would tease that much in such rapid succession if stuff wasn't actually imminent but who knows... it's still July so maybe we're just some weeks away from something

I’m wondering that myself. 
either…

1- soon clearly doesn’t have the same definition for Lana / team and us;

2- she wanted to add a song or two to the lot when she thought she was done, so when Ben said “soon”, he thought she was done recording ;

3- the music industry is still struggling a bit, with their releases / plans / vinyls delays and things change very often;

4- something big is just around the corner;

5- there might have been some delays caused by the current political situation in the US, with the threat to abortion rights, and artists might have decided to push back their announcements / releases not to be seen as insensible;

6- all of the above?

I'm pretty sure Ben doesn't see it as teasing, he's literally just saying that she's working on an album, which we already knew, and she always is so duh. There's probably nothing more to it.
