The deluxe is a really nice addition to an already perfect album. Love how it feels like an actual continuation and not just random songs tacked on at the end of the album. Dandelion's probs my least fav tho, mainly cause it annoys me how good this song would've been if the lyrics were better cause the production and verses are sooo good but the pre-chorus and chorus...

I got a theory that the album didn’t come out in september and probably won’t come out in may either because Katie Veltri has not posted anything on social media since 2023, a few months after Ocean Blvd dropped, and Lana has no one to take inspiration from now. There is no album. She’s announcing these “albums” wayyy in advance in hopes that Katie starts posting again and she’ll be able to rip her off like she’s been doing for years now.

I really loved The Happy Star but that POP GIRL song makes me worried she’s going down that pandering to millennial gay men “yass serve slay clogging the mother toilet boots” path. It’s still a cute song tho I like it sonically but the lyrics are giving drag race girl group challenge

She did release many amazing self-written tracks, in the past. She's just not that good of a songwriter anymore (IMO). ADIAML's title track is well written but most of that album was very lyrically weak to me (especially Purge The Poison). I think working with songwriters would greatly benefit her.

Marina pleaaaaaase work with songwriters cause the melodies on Cupid's Girl are actually good and so is the production but the lyrics are god-awful. It's kinda annoying how these songs have potential but then she hits us with middle school lyrics like "cupid you're so stupid trying to resist my kiss" and rhymes doom doom doom with boom boom boom
