i wanted to share some of the Lana inspired art i’ve made!
 
i made these bracelets a few months back. i’m gonna make more but hoping she releases a tour so i can make some for others
 
also made my own lana song book!! took me days to do but it was so worth it  ive been wanting to make something like this for years but didn’t really know how to put it all together but i took some inspo from @driwnedinink on tiktok!
 
for the songbook, i used canva to make all the pages. i used this font for titles (thank you to the artist who made this font!) and mostly found pics online from here/pinterest/google from the same era’s for each song. for the actual book, i used lulu.com to print it. since i added a bunch of pics it ended up being over 200 pages so it was about $60 in case anyone wanted to know. 
 
(i’m not a pro at any of this so it’s not perfect and has a couple mistakes but i think it turned out pretty well.)
 
i would sell things but copyright stuff gives me anxiety. but if anyone wants to know anything else on how i made anything lmk!

That's funny, yall always complain about how ''repetitive''/poor her lyrics were prior to NFR, especially on Ultraviolence. Always acting like those songs are, in hindsight, subar from a songwriting perspective. That's one POV I don't give a fuck about and/or don't agree with. The music was so much more atmospheric then.
 
Besides I've had this argument countless times with you and other hardcore post-NFR stans--I've stated my case many times and I don't care to do it again with you here. Love that some people love the vagabond poet-stream of consciousness, more freestyle stuff, and there are songs I really appreciate that follow that path/approach, but I still think that her pre-NFR lyricism was more mystical, mysterious and effective without feeling like she was breathlessly trauma dumping sharing her innermost thoughts.

People on here still fighting on whether or not NFR is a good album more than 3 years later when there’s kids on TikTok dressed up as maids using the same 3 sped up unreleased songs that are gonna crowd up our concerts...know who the true enemy is..

Tbh I like Florida Kilos as a closing track of the deluxe verion  it sounds funny
