OK but the arrangement of the “American Whore” part of A&W reminded me so much of Nirvana’s MTV Unplugged special on first listen. I would LOVE if there was more of this stripped-down grunge sound on the rest of the album. 

I'm not normally one to get stuck into her team, but I guarantee nobody in her management even knows about the wrong lyrics, unless someone here has/will let them know. And by let them know, I don't mean leave an insta comment, I mean ring their office.

how is she more proud of her poetry than her own music but can't publish her official lyrics

While I would have loved a single cover, I am kinda living for the album art being with the song on Spotify. It’s like it will be when we have the full album 

yeah it's still wrong, it's definitely 'after years'. aren't labels supposed to send lyrics when they send the track? even I put my own lyrics in when I upload my music to spotify etc. so I'm guessing it's her management...?

I think Sweet will be one of the most played tracks, actually! It's short and at the very beginning of the album. Songs in the last quarter of Lana's albums tend to get the Bartender effect because a lot of people check out before the closing track. Change, Nectar of the Gods, etc

for such a big streaming platform it’s so surprising how bad spotify’s lyric feature is

The title track and A&W are up there as some of her finest work ever. The production is insane and so is everything else, her voice, the melodies, lyrics (!) and all the details. Also A&W is one of her saddest/darker songs. I was honestly scared of the "slutty trap beat" description insiders gave... sorry, but why are some Lana stans so musically basic/ignorant? I would've never described this song that way... Goes to show how some people only see the tiniest bit of surface in music.
 
Anyway, these are her strongest singles since MAC/VB (which were career-shifting). I hope Tunnel becomes her most acclaimed work.
