NFR definitely has its moments, but you got to love cheap/tinny piano, white noises, flat/bassless tunes, demo-like production & half-spoken/half-hassed vocal delivery. 

 

In comparison, except for those couple tracks she allegedly ripped off YouTube or the d-worded website, Blue Banisters does sound much richer. 
 

I wonder if we'll actually have more of Rob on this record, hope so.

Haterz stay pressed, I’m 100% ok if she and Jack make another insanely critically acclaimed record. (You gotta admit the praise directed at NFR is not typical, maybe 1 or 2 records a year get that kind of appraisal, and I will NOT be mad if she gets it again)

I’m pretty sure you can still hear the old Thunder instrumental under the new version too. Half of BB was very poorly put together. Really hoping for no unreleased songs on LDR9.

anyway i'm so tired of the jack hate honestly, he's really not that bad, violets for roses, beautiful, & sweet carolina aren't really any different from the "jack antonoff piano ballads" that are despised so much here
