I'm actually happy that she decided to have music in the background. You can hear in the video she posted today a piano behind her beautiful speaking voice

I am disappointed that she has included the music behind it. The DIY creativity that artists could have experimented with.

Hope it comes soon. Would be good for some quarantine meditation. I am so sure she is putting more effort into this since she wants the Grammy - she's probably resigned herself to never win a pop artist one.

It’s aliiiiiiihihiiiiiive~! Seeing that the poems will have some kind of background music made me look forward to the book, I don’t think I’d care at all if she wasn’t reading them and just release it at a normal book.

The only reason I can see why the poetry album would be delayed is BC she decided to go down the Burnt Norton route and make some instrumentals for each poem.

And is it me, or it feels like a big FU to the Grammy’s, having Jack involved? Like: you didn’t get us a Grammy for AOTY, we’ll get it for Spoken Word Album?
