The only difference is that her lips are not as full as usual, and she's a bit skinnier. Everything else is 100% the same. She looks great.

Maybe she looks “different” because of the bright light (erasing shadows), no winged eyeliner, and almost natural-looking eyelashes. Could be the hair color too, not quite blonde, not quite brown either.
