The only reason the LDR7 PPRT was created so soon was because she first announced it the same night NFR dropped. the way the album has been ready since august but lana delayed it just because she wasnt sure of Dealer and she didnt include it anyway so we have neither Dealer nor september 5th release

how do they even GET the album???? i've never understood... is val one of the 5 gays? is chunk the supplier? do you live under the floorboards in her recording studio?? i literally have no clue how the hell this all happens in the first place

i think the idea of dealer being a "screamer" at maybe one section of the song would be very interesting, almost like the "climax" of the song, at the beginning, her voice is warbly, husky, melodramatic, maybe it'll even have the "high-trill" and at the bridge / last chorus she's totally screaming, imagine how chaotic and iconic that would be?

i actually feel a little bittersweet... we've had so much fun together in this pre-release thread and i'm going to miss how chaotic it was, we have such a sense of friendship and community and i'm very thankful for all of you ...but i know we're going to throw a massive party in the post-release thread and before we even know it, the pre-release era will begin and we'll do it all over again!

i think it's totally fine if people want to discuss / hype up dealer, even if we won't hear it for a long time, we already hype up a lot of unleaked / scrapped material, and dealer was produced by zach dawes, and it's a "screamer" so the hype surrounding it is reasonable, in my opinion

another day of pain and waiting i'm hopeful that white dress will actually come out this week, but if not it's not that long until the 19th anyways. the only thing that's making the wait painful at this point is lana's silence and the utter delusion and anxiety from fans especially those that think the album is delayed... insanity also if we don't get an album trailer i'll make my own at this point the chemtrails teaser is so short i'd be sad if it was the trailer

From White Hot Forever, release date TBA Chemtrails Over the Country Club Sep 5th COTCC Dec 10/ Jan 7th COTCC tentatively spring/early summer to finally COTCC March 19th featuring my favorite post in this whole thread: “omg she tweeted 12:12, but that’s so far away she’d never wait until December to release the album” im not gonna get sappy and say “I’ll miss you all” because even if some people leave for a little after the album drops, I’ll still be here!

I also feel like it hasn’t been that uncommon for Lana to put outtakes/old songs from the last few records just as they are or reworked (like Yosemite, TNBAR, and California being songs that were meant for other projects appearing on her most recent records) so it’s not totally off the table for Dealer to be on the next album, especially since the song was done between the last finished songs for Chemtrails and her 2 cover albums with Zach, who seems to be producing this next album!

yosemite is going to be the song of the century, no doubt about it!
