Lana's Pop-Up shop, which ran for two days at 631 North Robertson Boulevard in California, sold her then new line of merchandise, as well as some old vintage pieces, such as this dress, and custom made dresses, that Lana had worn. Lana spent time each day at the store in person. The dress is in very good condition. Comes with a letter of authenticity and a Gotta Have Rock and Roll Certificate of Authenticity." My ideal for The Right Person Will Stay is 0 covers, 0 interludes, 0 unreleased songs and 0 Tough. They fill up a space of a potential full original unheard song (RIP Zodiac). Covers and unreleased songs can stay standalone unless the song must really really fit with the theme of the album. Interludes can stay in the outros or music videos, I never stream her interludes besides Stargirl and Burnt Norton (I like the Jon interlude but I rarely listen to it). The only exception for it is Roses Bloom For You if she really wants to put it out on the album. But again, I don't know how it will fit with the other tracks. And Tough...well I think we know our consensus around it lol. I don't mind (original) collabs if they fit with the album. Let The Light In and Tomorrow Never Came for example worked fine for me.

Already is (funny fact about this picture, I literally wore this dress that night to a girl’s night out at Chili’s LMAOOO I simply love being overdressed everywhere I go! I also remember my friend asking the waiter if they had espresso martinis only for the waiter to give her a blank stare and be like “ma’am this is a Chili’s” skfnsk the gag is they actually recently added espresso martinis to their menu. Her voice was heard! This pic was also taken in January 2020, two months before the world shut down and forever changed as we knew it. What a surreal time xx) Truly though, I would absolutely love to own a piece actually worn by Lana one day, to add to my collection of ~150 as seen on outfits that I own. However, I just can’t justify spending $1000 on it, especially on a H&M dress I already own that I’m sure I spent less than $100 on One day hopefully though!! I’ll forever regret not flying out to that LFL popup and snagging a dress.. she needs to do that again xx

When i think of Henry Come On, i imagine a beige 240p grandma wallpaper landscape. When i think of Tough i think of like, orange and green in 1080p. And trap beats and charts 📈. They don’t belong on the same album.

Has it been discussed yet that the album cover that was revealed is RECTANGULAR and album covers are suppose to be SQUARE. All of these are SQUARES This is a rectangle I can’t imagine that vertical image of Lana with the text at the bottom compressed into a square. It looks more like a cassette cover than anything. That leads me to believe that there will be a different official cover or alternate covers like with Ocean Blvd.

It's Lana, she has had Summer Bummer and Change on the same album and also Interlude the trio and Beautiful and then Peppers and Fingertips... So I dont think anythings impossible at this point

Off the top of my head, here are some of the other clothes she sold there (images in spoiler) Mostly performance outfits, but some from photoshoots and seen in street candids too - I actually have all of these dresses (not the coats though) in my collection too except for the Red Rocks & Corona Capital ones (I’ve been trying to track down those for yearsssss but those are actually vintage dresses, so they’ve been harder to find) but again, not the ones actually worn by Lana, just other makes of it. I can’t believe I wasn’t at that pop-up to actually buy one of the originals… only in my dreams. She also sold a bunch of other pieces from her wardrobe that she was never photographed in, but they were other gorgeous dresses and such. She also sold the dress she wore in Montreal in 2014 for a charity auction a few months after the performance - This dress is actually the very first Lana clothing item I added to my collection in 2015. Once again, not the exact one worn by her, but another one. It’s vintage Gunne Sax and I bought it for a reeeeally great deal back then, I believe around $150. That dress now sells for $500+ as vintage Gunne Sax dresses have continued to rise in popularity. Lana’s also given some of her dresses to her friends and sister too -

I wonder if the Instagram stories her stylist Molly posted back in October (?) was for a MV, album cover or ended up being scrapped. I don’t remember it was confirmed to be Lana-related though.

when architecture/best american record leaked in 2017 i did not understand the love for the song at all, i was like it's so long and boring ughh but now i have been obsessed with the song for 2 years. when the nfr version was released i really really liked it but i didn't really listen to it often. youtube recommended me randomly the demo version one day and i wanted to recall how it sounded like and fell in love. i remember when everyone called ultraviolence her best album and when i listened to it for the first time i thought it was too slow and tiresome (EXCEPT for west coast) and i did not understand the hype at all until a year after i fell in love with it although it didn't really click with me until 2019. that's when i truly became obsessed with the album and it didn't feel slow and tiresome at all. it really is one of her best works.

candy necklace tbh. i then grew to love it same with ultraviolence (album). i used to be indifferent about it and think it was boring but as my frontal lobe developed i realised it was the best work of art ever created

The funny thing is, it doesn't even sound like a big song for her. It sounds like a Chemtrails B side... Never a longer wait for something so minimal and subdued.

I think she had a little bit of involvement, like the name feels like something she would come up with and she actually did some press (the nylon interview), but I definitely agree it was 99% the label, and I don't think she had anything to do with TFJ being released globally as she has literally not mentioned it to this day.
