8 likesExtremely sad news. The photo of Lana hugging her making rounds on Twitter literally broke my heart. What a legend to go there and visit her - heart of gold. The girl was gorgeous, and life is really fucked up for young girls like this to get terminal diseases while so many awful people and criminals walk around in great shape. Did this board help make their meeting happen? I hope so.

7 likesI feel like her saying "two more singles/songs this year" was too specific to not be a planned rollout. Of course plans could have changed and time is ticking but if she wasn't sure she would have just said some vague thing like "there's more stuff coming" or something I'll be half delulu until mid November... if we don't have anything by that time I'll just assume we're getting out first Lasso taste next year

6 likesIn terms of taxes this wouldn’t make much sense because Louisiana still has income and sales tax. There’s other states that have no income tax including Texas, Florida, Nevada, Tennessee, Alaska, Washington, South Dakota, and Wyoming which would make the most sense. Louisiana does have lower income and property tax compared to other states, but I’d imagine there would be more beneficial places to move to taxes wise

4 likesI think it's quite normal to be magically attracted to a glamorous place like L.A. at first and then at some point get sick of it because you've also got to know the downsides. Perhaps this is even reflected in her music. She stopped glorifying Hollywood and the West Coast a long time ago. At the latest since Chemtrails, she must be thinking about moving away from L.A. and leading a quieter life away from the paparazzi (which have got worse and worse recently).

4 likesHonestly as someone who isn’t from LA but moved near LA for a while, it doesn’t surprise me she moved out of there. I was kinda surprised she was still living there last year. the LA you see in media like movies and shows or even just going there to vacation is not what it’s like when you’re actually living there. I kinda expected her to leave ever since chemtrails. It seemed like she was over it for the last couple years and has been romanticizing other parts of the US. Don’t get me wrong, it’s great especially if you have money, but it’s actually really common for people who move to LA to realize it’s not what they thought it would be. (Not trying to hate on LA and the people there because not everyone is like this) but there’s constant traffic literally everywhere all the time, pollution, and people can be somewhat more superficial. I’ve heard other people say it has dark energy and I know some people don’t believe in that stuff, but i definitely felt it. The beaches are beautiful and there are some pretty places closer to where she lived nature wise are pretty, but it’s a very industrial area with not a lot of nature in general. I’m sure paparazzi and things that come with being a celebrity there is a lot to handle. I’m sure she’ll always have a special place in her heart for LA, but when you’re not from there and you live there, it’s a big change. obviously I don’t know her so idk maybe she has other reasons but it seemed like she’s been over it and wants a slower lifestyle. I could deff see her still going there and living part time, but maybe she grew out of it. LA is a lottt different from other parts of California too. Not trying to hate on LA I still love it but just some thoughts I’ve had

4 likesLate to the convo and pardon me if I don't know the full story. But I would be very cautious about watching any content sympathetic to Israel. They spend millions to push their agenda and make people see things from their perspective and sympathise with them. They produce films, exhibitions and even immersive experiences to draw folks into their narrative and see things from their victims' POV. Some of the families of hostages in Palestine have started to refuse partaking in the pageantry. Because for them, it's about genuine grief and not trotting themselves out as a tool of justification of the "war on Gaza," aka genocide. The propaganda machine is incessant and perpetually skewed towards "this is another Holocaust, we've been through this before, now we're going through it again". Grief has become their main tool for justifying a genocide. i'm not saying Israelis haven't been through a lot. But even the birds on trees know by now that October 7 is a drop in the ocean compared to what they've been doing to Palestinians, and now Lebanese. They've even added October 7 to their Holocaust museums as a way or sustaining the victim narrative, which is the only real PR strategy / tool they have at this point, given that they've turned the entire planet against them in one year. More on that here:

That description does sound like a dream come true... I mean there has to be a huge reason why she's marketing this as "Gaga returns" and she let media outlets report the song as a "Back to form". She's not playing around. -

What are the scariest/most disturbing songs you know of? Across any genre/artist and for any reason. No Taylor Swift does not count EXAMPLES: -
3 likesEver since October 7th for a couple months, I got non stop pro Israel ads especially on places like YouTube. it was crazy how much it was being pushed and still is. took this pic of one because I was getting them on almost every video or would be in my recommended videos. I have YouTube premium now so i don’t see any of it anymore but it was pretty shocking tbh

one thing about gaga is that when you read the lyrics without knowing the melody etc, they somehow always sound like they were written by a fan / fake insider BUT im so excited, the descriptions sound amazing and i cannot waaaaait for some more dark dramatic gaga -

3 likesVery specific indeed. The insider who said she's waiting until after election to drop was probably on point. Lana is very political, and she despises Trump. So maybe she's waiting for Kamala to win before she gets going. All that being said, we really really shouldn't trust anything she says in terms of rollout.

3 likesThere are literally no red lines for Israel. None. Read the UN’s Report of the Independent International Commission of Inquiry on the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem and Israel; and see for yourselves! Any single one of these atrocities would be wholly condemned if committed by any other country. This will be a key document for the ICJ Genocide case against Israel. https://documents.un.org/doc/undoc/gen/n24/262/79/pdf/n2426279.pdf Sending peace and love.

3 likesThey are going to fuck everything up for everyone. In a year they've killed 1 out of every 45 people in Gaza, thats crazy numbers pretty much everyone just an average person living there and they've completely destroyed half the homes, schools, hospitals and all the other buldings in the area. Must be by far the most damage ever done to people and an area in history in such a short time and nobodies doing anything to stop it. Makes sense how the USA were always invading and destabalising big countries there like Iran, Iraq and Afghanistan and others as they don't want those places progressing and reaching a level to where they could challenge Israel, they've always got to be held back and put down unless the USA can turn them into other Morocco, Egypt and Saudi Arabias.
