I have a wild theory: I was in my daily Blue Banisters listen (cause I adore it and I'm still not over it) and every time I finish Arcadia I think about how iconic and weird is to follow up that song with The Trio Interlude... but this time I had a revelation. What if that was a sign for the things that are coming? Arcadia is the epitome of BB, a reflective piano ballad with tinges of anger and responses to criticism but The Trio is a sample from a soundtrack with added trap beats, something totally unrelated and kinda made just for fun... so I think it was her way of saying "I've talked my shit, now it's time to get wild" It then goes into BBS which also has a sample at the start and similar themes of anger and criticism but this time in a more experimental and chaotic way... just what I expect from LDR9 And yeah maybe The Trio was just a way to tie together Arcadia and BBS but that theory is not that fun so let's ignore it

I wish Lana would release something independent and edgy with a dark/haunting vibe again. I’m thinking of AKA, UV, Tulsa Jesus Freak, Heroin vibes. Also she needs to switch up her image, sis is 40 not 60 and being mature doesn’t have to equal to making boring and simple music (COCC, BB).

i've met her several times irl and most of that times i had important questions planned for her but believe me, every time you're just amazed how nice and precious she is in person and you a) forget all the things you wanted to ask her b) rather have some kind of personal and meaningful conversation with her than just bombard her for titles and dates... and i know so many other people with the same experience and sometimes it's just too quick and chaotic

Soon is not summer 2023 come on now,..that’s a stretch even for Lana. Her team would be failing her if they didn’t launch the album before March at the latest. Would hugely waste her current popularity on streaming platforms. Any label would be saying, ‘this album comes out now Lana and it’s time and fire your manager’….that’s what any label should be saying to ‘summer 2023’.

I know others might not agree but I feel like time is going by so fast and stress free because there isn’t a fake date to look forward to. I do wish we had something (a snippet, official info) to tide us over as it has been very dry lately, but overall this is the smoothest pre pre release we’ve had yet, and I think the transition from pre pre release, to pre release, to release is going to be insanely quick
