If no Interscope manager's son or French husband knows anything, maybe it's because we're really getting a purely digital album? Yes, that makes sense, because otherwise there's always someone in music production or in the industry who can pick up on something and leak it.

It’s charting all over the world and i’m so happy to see it. Hearing Elton talk about the process of working with her and how much support and belief he provided for her is amazing. She’s lost so much of her confidence, i hope making the song gave her a positive experience and i hope the song is a huuuuge hit so she can see that she’s missed and her fans still love her. I want nothing more than to see her find a safe space for herself in her life again, and if possible, her career. I’m actually manifesting this album is done or at least on mastering process because Jack is touring for the next months and it can cause a really big delay on LDRX if he’s one of the main producers. so, my guess is that they were doing streaming parties to listen the album finished in full! I’m claiming it and putting it into existence

There's also some wave/ocean references in the DNC logo, the Neil picture and the emoji he used 🌊(assuming it's Lana related) so maybe it's a mix of both? Neil's style (when doing landscapes and not portraits) is very otherworldly so it would match very well the space aesthetics. Maybe she's doing something similar to LFL but instead of going the futuristic route she's incorporating natural elements to the cosmic theme By the way I just realized he liked (and unliked) another comment asking if it was about DNC so... It would be unlikely that his finger slipped two times exactly on those two Lana related comments

At this point we all know part of this situation is her fault. We all know the album is not finished and she has been proven a liar when it comes to the whole "the album is ready but the label won't let me release it" narrative. It's been 9 years since her last album and she had plenty of time to finish it, but this year she mentioned in many interviews that she is still not done with it and she's still trying to finish it. So, there's still no album to release. Let's stop defending her blindly, she shares the blame along with Capitol. That's the absolute truth and we all are witnesses.

it’s so frustrating and sad looking back at how much hype there was around sky in february-may and now it’s all completely gone after a bunch of bad performances don’t forget has almost 2 mil spotify streams which i think is really good considering it’s had no promo i’m worried for sky, like something is truly up for all this to be happening. it can’t just be label issues or her being a perfectionist/slow worker. i hope she’s okay

this is so perplexing to me though because why would she bother dropping a single if the album wasn’t ready? i feel stupid even discussing this because we’re all just running ourselves in circles at this point but like it’s been 9 years, what’s another few months to wait if she’s finishing the album? i just don’t understand the point of doing all this press and these festival performances and attending the freaking met gala if she seriously didn’t have any sort of release strategy, let alone something to release. her fans were putting in work getting her ass trending on twitter and instead of taking advantage of this she let all the excitement fizzle out. every interview she did this spring was just some regurgitation of “my label is ruining my artistry and my lifeeee” and we’re expected to believe she just rolls up to capital the next day and they’re like “we love you sky ferreira here’s 4 million dollars” like WHAT is her plan here it is so bizarre to behold

i feel like in the past she has chosen absolutely perfect covers for her albums though, normally that really add something special to it and really capture the overall vibe of the record perfectly. Like the other woman on UV especially, But thinking about it now, DLMBM and doin time are perfect on HM and NFR. Just really add to the vibe of the record and emphasise it, in a way that an additional track of her own wouldn’t have been able to do as well
